Biking!

Image
Hello Everyone, Welcome back to my blog!! Today, I went biking (one of my favorite activities) with my dad. If you don't know my bikes name, it is Twinkle. I love Twinkle so much because she is purple, my favorite color, she has a bell (so I can ring it when people are in my way), and she has a water bottle holder. My dad's bike is black instead. I like biking because it is so fun to go faster then people who are walking, move super fast, and that my bike wheels are thin, I do not have to put much effort. Attached are pictures of me biking!  ~Aarushi Gupta 5th Grade July 21, 2020

Blacks Are In Risk!

Hello Everyone, Welcome back to my blog!! Remember the George Floyd incident? That was sad. Now, I am going to tell you another sad incident that happened in 2018. It was in Virginia. Marcus- David Peters, a 24 year old biology teacher just left his day job and went to his second job as a part-time security at a hotel. He left the hotel naked, got into his car, and Michael Nyantakyi, a police officer who had seen this incident. Nyantakyi threatened Peters by showing him a Taser. Nyantakyi shot Peters in the stomach twice. Peters sadly died. Blacks are in danger, because if they don't listen to the police, they can die.  If a black is deaf and can't hear the police, the police will shoot them. That will cost their death. Peters's sister is saying that nothing will make her happy until someone with mental-issues is not shot like her brother. ~Aarushi Gupta 5th Grade July 20, 2020

Debate

Hello Everyone, Welcome back to my blog!! Today, I am going to explain you a little bit about debate. You might have not heard that word, but instead you might of heard of the word, "speech". Debate is a little bit like speech, except you are "arguing" against someone. For example, you are given a prompt about if zoos should be abolished or not. One is Aff ( affirmitive ) and another is Neg ( negative). The Aff is we should abolish zoos and the neg is that we should not abolish zoos. What do you think? Contact me, if you have any ideas! ~Aarushi Gupta 5th Grade July 18, 2020
