Debate
Hello Everyone, Welcome back to my blog!! Today, I am going to explain you a little bit about debate. You might have not heard that word, but instead you might of heard of the word, "speech". Debate is a little bit like speech, except you are "arguing" against someone. For example, you are given a prompt about if zoos should be abolished or not. One is Aff ( affirmitive ) and another is Neg ( negative). The Aff is we should abolish zoos and the neg is that we should not abolish zoos. What do you think? Contact me, if you have any ideas!

I have some different knowledge. There is so much more to debate. The prompt is something like: Zoo's should be abolished. It's a statement, not a question.
ReplyDeleteYou have a partner, and together, you write a debate about both AFF and NEG, because when the debate comes, you don't get to choose which side you're on. You get 4 mins to read you debate; then the next side goes. There is a rebuttal, a crossfire, and you know what, i'll stop before i write an entire page about how to conduct a debate.
True- I wrote that in the beginning of me starting debate, so I did not know much. But yes.
