Hello Everyone! I have a question for you! Out of all my posts, which one do you like the best? For an easier look, you can go through the archive and find it! That way, I will get to know what you like, and start writing more of that type of topic. For example, if you like the recipes and good cooking websites to follow, etc. I will start writing more about that. Thank you for all of your support! ~Aarushi Gupta  5th Grade

Certificate of Merit

Image
Hello Everyone! Do you know what the Certificate of Merit is? It is a graded music education from MTAC ( Music Teachers' Association of  California) . If you play an instrument such as the piano, you can participate in it. You do get a participation certificate with your award name attached; if you won any awards. I had my very first CM (Certificate of Merit)! It was online, due to COVID-19. I played Five Note Sonatina and Old German Dance- okay these are very common music pieces and found in many different versions. Below are my results below! : The screenshot also shows what you will be tested on if you are doing CM. I don't know if it varies per instrument. This is the one for the piano! You have to have a teacher you are certified in order to compete. Thank you! I might show a picture with my certificate if it arrives. If you are interested, you can do it next year! It starts at around the beginning of Feb. ~Aarushi Gupta   5th Grade
