Certificate of Merit

Hello Everyone! Do you know what the Certificate of Merit is? It is a graded music education from MTAC (Music Teachers' Association of California). If you play an instrument such as the piano, you can participate in it. You do get a participation certificate with your award name attached; if you won any awards. I had my very first CM (Certificate of Merit)! It was online, due to COVID-19. I played Five Note Sonatina and Old German Dance- okay these are very common music pieces and found in many different versions. Below are my results below! : The screenshot also shows what you will be tested on if you are doing CM. I don't know if it varies per instrument. This is the one for the piano! You have to have a teacher you are certified in order to compete.
